Yvonne and Stephanie, founders of Café con Corazón mobile coffee cart in Dallas–Fort Worth. As two Latina entrepreneurs, we've created a mobile coffee cart that combines specialty coffee, genuine hospitality, and a whole lot of Corazón.
At Café con Corazón, we bring our culture, creativity, and unstoppable energy to every event we touch. Stephanie is the yin—calm, thoughtful, and steady—while Yvonne is the yang—wild, bold, and full of spark. Together, we bring creativity, energy, and confidence to every event, turning ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences.
Honey Almond Latte

Sopapilla Latte
Yvonne's specialty; a cozy twist on a beloved classic. Our Sopapilla Latte features house-made cinnamon and vanilla based syrups, with pillowy flavors of traditional sopapilla.
