While we recommend booking your event 2–6 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons, we understand that some celebrations come together quickly. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate events with as little as 48 hours notice. If your event is approaching, please reach out—we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute celebrations.

Yes. Our mobile coffee cart packages typically have a minimum guest count of 50 guests. However, we love celebrations of all sizes and are happy to discuss custom options for more intimate gatherings.
